• You may not redeem your certificate online, through an online booking tool, or for inventory that is available only online. Nor is it redeemable for car/hotel only reservations.
• To ensure proper tracking and direct control of all trip components as contracted by the purchaser of the award and to maintain the high quality of these bookings your award must be personally handled by a Employee Vacation Programs Travel Advisor.
